Get out of the urban jungle, enjoy nature, yet be close enough to the city life! Our rural private fee for service dental practice is looking for an associate dentist to add to our wonderful team. Our successful practice is nestled in Ukiah, California; the county seat of Mendocino County.  Just 2 hours north of the Golden Gate Bridge or 1.5 hours from the nearest Nordstrom. We are a high-quality practice with a warm, caring, friendly, talented team..

The ideal candidate would have excellent leadership skills, the ability to build relationships with patients, and the team and have a  sense of humor paired with great dentistry. He or she preferably should have at least 2 years working experience in a dental practice with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Although we are more adult centric, we could widely expand the practice if the new associate has the talent to work with all ages.

This is a position for 2-4 days per week. This could be a long-term relationship with a potential buy-in opportunity for the right person.  

The daily rate is $900 with the opportunity to increase into a competitive production-based salary.
