Company Overview
Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is a nonprofit community-based organization that operates 24 sites of which 20 are federally qualified health centers (FQHC) throughout Tulare and Kings Counties. Our mission is “to provide quality health care to everyone in the communities we serve.” The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and has developed a comprehensive, patient-centered health care delivery model with sites in Tulare, Kings and Fresno Counties. Health center sites are located in Porterville, Visalia, Woodlake, Hanford, Tulare, Ivanhoe, Springville, Three Rivers, Goshen, Cutler-Orosi, Terra Bella, Traver, Farmersville, Pixley, and Strathmore.
