Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of Northern California, the Sierra Family Health Center is a rural health center that has been providing full-service medical care to area residents for more than 35 years. Sierra Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center partially funded by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care to our culturally diverse community, including the indigent and medically underserved populations of the Nevada and Yuba Counties in California, and their surrounding communities
